As climbing gyms move towards reopening we continue to take precautions to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
At Escape we are looking for innovative ways that we can help you create a safe environment for your customers. While liquid chalk does not take the place of Hand Sanitizer, we formulated our liquid chalk to give it the best likelihood of improving hand hygiene.
Our liquid chalk contains greater than 60% alcohol by volume.
Our liquid chalk is specifically formulated for climbing so your customers will keep using it.
Liquid chalk doesn't take the place of handwashing or social distancing, but we believe that a high alcohol liquid chalk can be an important supplementary part of your plan as you encourage climber hygiene in your facility.
Liquid Chalk is not a Hand Sanitizer: The CDC recommends using alcohol-based hand rub with greater than 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol to supplement handwashing. As an over the counter drug product hand sanitizer must be tested for efficacy and approved by the FDA, liquid chalk has not received this testing or approval.
