Simply put, our screws are some of the toughest screws around. These aren’t one-and-done screws. Using general construction screws, drywall screws, or any non-structural screw can be dangerous when installing climbing products.  Our #9 and #10 screws have a structural rating and are the only screws we recommend for installing climbing holds and training tools.
