This role is responsible for producing, finishing, and packing our products including climbing holds, wood products, and hardware. The person in this role will rotate through work cells and work independently from start to finish to produce pieces that meet the quality standards of Escape Climbing. This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in the assigned department.

This role is primarily responsible for packaging and shipping orders. This role is required to pack and ship a wide variety of orders from single product, high volume orders the size of an apple, to very large complex orders with hundreds of individual parts. The person in this role will always be looking for, suggesting, and implementing the most efficient way to ship our products. The person in this role will rotate through work cells and work independently from start to finish to produce pieces that meet the quality standards of Escape Climbing with an emphasis on shipping. This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in the assigned department.

As the Sales Development Manager at Escape Climbing, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts, customer relationship management, and data-informed decision-making. This role bridges direct customer interaction, distributor support, and internal collaboration across marketing and product teams. You’ll represent Escape Climbing both digitally and in-person, quoting all climbing wall projects, managing hold packages for potential customers, and helping grow our “Gear” category to be competitive with other large outdoor companies.
$55,000 - $65,000 a year - Full-time
