Shipping policy

Shipping & Tracking Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Stock items (hardware, training tools, and in-stock holds) ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items (climbing holds & volumes) have a 1-3 week lead time.
  • Kingdom Holds, manufactured at Aragon Elastomers in Colorado, may have longer lead times. For current production timelines, contact orders@escapeclimbing.com.
  • Orders will not ship without payment or approved terms.
  • If an order needs to be stored at a warehouse, there may be a daily fee charged for held orders.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout.
  • International orders typically take 7-21 business days, but transit times may vary due to customs processing.
  • Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping Carriers

When you select a shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), we do not guarantee the use of that exact carrier. We may switch to another carrier—such as SpeeDee Delivery for cost-effective shipments in the Upper Midwest or alternative services for international orders—to ensure timely and economical delivery.

Free USA Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for qualifying U.S. orders at checkout.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military bases, and UPS extended delivery areas, especially for oversized items that do not fit in USPS flat-rate boxes.
  • Additional shipping charges my apply to large packages shipping to PO boxes.

Tracking & Delays

  • Tracking numbers are provided once an order ships and may take up to 48 hours to show movement.
  • USPS international shipments will only be tracked while in the U.S.; tracking updates beyond this point will be provided by the destination country's postal service.
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, high package volumes, or customs processing. For tracking concerns, customers should first contact the carrier before reaching out to orders@escapeclimbing.com.

International Orders – Duties & Tariffs

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs, determined by the destination country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
  • Customers should verify potential import costs with their local customs office or broker before placing an order.

Damaged Shipments

UPS & USPS Damaged Package Policy

  • If a package arrives damaged, the customer must:

    4. Report the damage to UPS or USPS immediately (within 7 days for UPS claims, 60 days for USPS claims).
    5. Contact orders@escapeclimbing.com with order details and supporting images.

🚨 Failure to report the damage within the carrier’s claim window may result in denied compensation.
