Our Process
We're sorry to hear that one of our products didn’t meet your needs or expectations, and we’re ready to help make it right. We try to make our returns and exchanges process as simple as possible, so all returns must follow the steps below. Click this link for more information on the Warranty and Refund Policy.
STEP 1: Enter your information into the Return Authorization form below.
STEP 2: We will review your Return Authorization request and issue you an RMA number to us for your return or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges without an RMA number.
STEP 3: Send the items back to us! Make sure to pack all necessary items safely in the box, and clearly indicate RMA# on the outside of the box. You have 7 days after receiving the RMA# to ship your package.
STEP 4: We will email you once we have received the package, as well as let you know if there are any further details (exchange information, shipment, etc).
*Before you begin filling out the Return Authorization form, there are a few things to know / consider before initiating a return: Customers have 30 days after delivery of their order to initiate a return. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all returns. We can only accept returns on holds in standard colors (see below). All non-standard (custom) colors are not eligible for returns. All items to be returned must remain sealed and unused in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. After the return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for your payment method to be refunded.
