MATERIALS
All of our holds are made of the 100% high quality Polyurethane.
COLOURS
Standard colours are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, brown, and white. Unless a specific colour is specified, your order will ship in one of our colours listed above.
If you are looking to order a colour that is not listed, please contact us and we will try to make it happen.
BOLTS AND HARDWARE
Bolts are not included with your order, but can be ordered separately. T-Nuts and wrenches can be purchased through our website.
GUARANTEE
Friction holds come with a one year guarantee against manufacturer defects. We will gladly replace a hold that does not meet our manufacturing standards. If you have any issues with our holds please do not hesitate to contact us.
We accept returns up to 15 days upon delivery of your order. In order to be returned, items must be unused and be in their original packaging. The buyer agrees to pay for return shipping costs and must be accompanied with proof of purchase (copy of your invoice). We recommend that you use a traceable and insured delivery service for the return. Friction is not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
