What is the lead time for my order?
That will depend on what your order contains, here a guide to find out your lead time:
Order contains Only In-Stock Items - Ships next business day
Order contains Only No Color Preference holds under $500 - Ships 3 business days
Order contains hold orders with color preference and under $5k - Ships 3-5 weeks, updated regularly
Holds orders over $5k - please email orders@escapeclimbing.com for a lead time
How do I know what is in stock?
If your order is any of the items that state they are in stock and only contain these items it will be shipping out next business day. An In stock item is all our hardware, unless stated differently, or any item that has *IN STOCK* in the drop down menu in the listing.
In this example, only the Yellow is in stock:
NOTE: If your order contains in stock items and made to order items you can always get the in stock items first if you choose “Ship all instock items” in checkout.
What is no preference?
No preference is when you choose no preference under the color selection in the hold listing. This allows us to schedule it faster since it will not be waiting on a color rotation.
