This pack of 21 climbing holds are designed to be kid-friendly. They fit small hands perfectly and are poured in bright colors to keep them visually interesting. 21 holds will fill a 4x8 sheet of plywood or roughly 32 square feet. They work well indoors or outdoors (colors will fade over time in the sun). Fun Climbing: one trick to make climbing engaging for kids is to place a toy on an upper hold and have the kids climb up in order to rescue the toy. My two year old really enjoyed playing with the colorful holds out of the box. They had a nice texture that wasn’t too rough. I combined some bright jugs and the starter pack with some larger foot options to make a jug ladder that worked well. Put a stuffed animal in a DT pocket at the top for a fun game she really enjoyed playing. Some of foot options are a bit small so a well fitted shoe is important. The hand holds fit her little hands great. I tried some of the holds on the 40degree board, they were really fun to throw too.
My kids are loving our wall!! their little fingers fit just right and they have solid grips. The colors are vibrant and the texture is perfect!
