The Escape Climbing Training Rings are a powerful training tool to get you climbing stronger by training the core, shoulders, and chest – as well as stability and body tension – leading to better overall conditioning. And while finger strength is definitely important and deserves a good chunk of your training time, if you really want to progress and improve as a climber, the variety of body weight training you can do with a pair of gymnastic rings is key to your development. Rings are also a great way to do opposition and stabilization training, while boosting your overall strength. Much like our other Training Tools, the Escape Climbing Training Rings can be easily used parallel to climbing time, as the wood and shape is gentle on the skin and fingers, allowing you to train longer with less injury downtime.
Our Training Rings come in a set with two rings and two 15’ lengths of high-strength 1” webbing with sewn-in cam-locks. These allow you to quickly and securely adjust the height of your rings by just over 7’ for a wide range of strength training exercises. When they aren’t in use, we’ve sewn-in a small hook & loop strap to keep everything organized and tangle-free.

Training rings are easy to install anywhere with two adjustable straps included. Either loop the strap over an exposed beam, or mount directly into the ceiling using a 3/8 lag thread eye bolt, attached directly into a ceiling joint.
