The Black Hills Bouldering Guidebook is the first and only bouldering guide for South Dakota. The Black Hills, an area with some of the richest climbing history and world-class rock, originally known for its trad and sport climbing, will now soon become known for its world-class bouldering thanks to the hard work put into this guide. It includes more than 70 distinct zones within 10 areas, with maps, descriptions, directions, and coordinates for each listed formation.

Each guidebook ships in one of four bookmark colors: blue, burgundy, green, and lavender. Bookmarks will be randomly selected when ordering unless specifically requested in the checkout notes.

The Black Hills Bouldering Guidebook is everything you need to get out and start taking advantage of South Dakota Bouldering! Published by Carvonzija, Authored by Logan Grosz, Published 2024 1st Edition.

A comprehensive bouldering guidebook praised for its excellent layout and informative content. Customers said photos are "excellent" and appreciated GPS coordinates, area maps, and boulder descriptions. The book is "well made and beautiful" with thorough coverage. One minor critique mentioned not leading with the Lakota name.

Great book!

Bought this gift for my brother in Maryland for his birthday. He loves this book and cannot wait to visit the Black Hills. (Extra special that it is written by our cousin Karla’s son)!

Well laid out, thorough - and with limited cell service through much of the area, essential. Only complaint is that they don't lead with the Lakota name, Paha Sapa
