Excellent customer service!!!!

When I received this I was very confused that the holes to mount the volumes were a different size than the holes to put holds on the volumes. After speaking with customer service i realized they were screw mounted. They said they will update the website to provide more information on the bolts and screws needed. Also, I discovered that I didn't receive senders salve and they promptly sent me a new one!! These people truly care about their customer which is rare these days!!
